The Listing Process
There are 2 main parts to listing your home- Preparation and Contract to Close
Simple things like a good cleaning, decluttering of your rooms, and paint touch-ups can make a huge difference.
Before your property is listed, your property is posted across social media, local Realtor forums, and Top Agent Network.
Professional photos and a floor plan make your property stand out and help buyers visualize themselves in the space.
Your property will be listed across all major MLS platforms for maximum exposure to agents and buyers.
Professionally designed property brochures and eye-catching "For Sale" signs ensure your property gets noticed by the right buyers.
You set the schedule for showings. We accommodate your preferences to ensure convenience and success.
We leverage social media platforms to promote your property, reaching an even larger audience.
Open houses allow potential buyers to explore the property firsthand. We schedule and market the event for maximum attendance.
When an offer is received, we review the terms, and present them to you for consideration.
Once you accept an offer, the contract is signed, and we proceed with the closing process.
The buyer arranges for a home inspection to check the condition of the property before closing.
Provide all required documents to ensure the buyer can complete their financing and other paperwork.
If necessary, a termite inspection will be completed to ensure there are no issues with the property.
The buyer's lender will require an appraisal to verify the value of the property.
The buyer will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the property is in the agreed-upon condition before closing.
The final step in the process where ownership of the property is officially transferred to the buyer.
