When your listing goes live, it’s important to not only bring people to see your home, but also the RIGHT people. Utilizing multiple platforms such as Google and Facebook, I will create ads that get shown to potential local home buyers and real estate professionals. Facebook’s geotargeting feature allows us to promote your listing’s ad to people within Winchester and surrounding areas. Since Facebook has so much information about users, we are able to show the 3D virtual tour + additional listing information to people who have recently been on any of the major real estate websites, i.e. Realtor.com. With my Google ads, we also show your home to people who have online behavior that demonstrates an interest in homes for sale. These ads not only display your listing to potential buyers, but also other real estate professionals who then alert their clients. As people see this ad on their news feed and are intrigued by the pictures, they will often share the post or tag friends, thereby increasing the number of potential buyers who become aware of the listing.
